Information for Reviewers
Independent scientific experts are selected by EDCTP to evaluate applications submitted in response to a Call for Proposals and to evaluate progress on awarded grants by reviewing the annual progress reports. All reviewers must read and sign up to EDCTP’s Policy on Conflict of Interest. External Reviewers normally perform a one-off assessment of the proposals remotely and may have no commitment beyond this activity. Scientific Review Committee (SRC) members complete an assessment form remotely and may be required to participate in an SRC meeting at the EDCTP office in The Hague. SRC members may be requested to assist with the subsequent review of the annual reports of successful projects. Important reviewer documents can be found in the Guidelines and forms on the website. Selection of expert reviewersEDCTP invites applications from individuals wishing to serve as reviewers for its grant schemes and for the annual reports from grant holders vial the Call for experts.
