The Forum with main purpose of sharing experiences on EDCTP projects and related issues will be restricted to 200 participants.

Delegates must submit a registration form and wear their names badges at all times. No casual attendance will be permitted.

Registration fees

A registration fee will be required for participants from non-developing countries which will cover the forum material, coffee and lunches.

The registration fee for delegates includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Conference documentation
• Lunch, tea and coffee refreshments
• Conference dinner (Monday 09 October 2006)

Bursary

A bursary of € 3000 each will be available for a limited number of registered African individuals from African countries with preference given to those who have submitted presentations.

Applicants for a bursary are requested to send pragster and their CV to be reviewed by the Programme Committee. Application for a bursary is included in the registration form.

Please note: The deadline for the pragster submission is 21 July 2006.


Payment of fees

Payment will be made by bank transfer. After the submission of the registration, the applicant will be contacted by e-mail with the details for the payment of fee if application is accepted.
